I have attended Sa Bom Silos classes since the age of 7 in 2008 and Tang Soo Tao has enriched my life greatly. This discipline has assisted me in my youth and guided me into adulthood. With very affordable classes, geared to make everyone’s lives greater through physical and mental strengthening, there is no reason not to join. Today, I see myself training under Tang Soo Tao forever, with no end in sight.
As always, a fantastic training session. The teaching team are caring, enthusiastic and really know what they’re doing. They have a holistic approach to their martial art that is impressive to watch.
